【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoclosed-circuitdry-cleaningmachinesofallsizesintendedforindustrialuse(includingretailshopoperation)forthecleaningofarticlesmadeoftextile,leather,fursandskins,usingperchloroethylene(commonlyshortenedtoperc)onlyasliquidsolvent.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicableto:—machinesplacedatthedisposalofthegeneralpublic(e.g.self-service);—open-circuitdry-cleaningmachinesusingpercandworkingbelowatmosphericpressure;—barriermachines;—ironingpresses(seeISO10472-1andISO10472-6);—machineswithautomaticdoors;—ancillaryequipment,e.g.roomevacuationequipment,wasterecuperationsystemsofthestill,externalwatercoolingsystemsorcomplementarysystemsforpercrecoveryfromtheoilinthestill.ThisInternationalStandardidentifiesallsignificanthazardsarisingfromtheuseofthemachinewithspecialemphasisonsolventhazards,where"useofthemachine"comprisesbothintendeduseandforeseeableabnormalsituations.Nospecifictechnicaladviceisgivenforhazards(apartfromtheuseofthemachines)arisingduringconstruction,transportandcommissioning,decommissioning,dismantlinganddisposalofthemachines.ThisInternationalStandardappliesprimarilytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.Itdoesnotgivespecifictechnicaladviceabout:—pneumaticsystems;—noise;—hazardscausedbyprocessingworkwhichmaycreateanexplosiveatmosphere(e.g.printers'wiperscontainingalow-flashsolvent);—machinesprocessingloadswhichmaycontain"foreignsolvents"whichcouldleadtoachangeinaproperty(characteristic)ofthecleaningsolventperc,e.g.causefoamingormakeitcarcinogenic;—hazardscausedbyneglectofergonomicprinciples;—measuresdealingwiththecontainmentofpressureinthemachine.TheguidancecontainedinthisInternationalStandardisbasedonthepresumptionthatthedesignerhascompletedariskanalysisofthemachineunderconsideration,seeEN1050.ThiswillenablehimtoidentifyandfulfillthesignificantrequirementsforhismachineasstipulatedbythisInternationalStandard.Whereforclarityanexampleofasafetymeasureisgiveninthetext,thisshouldnotbeconsideredastheonlypossiblesolution.Anyothersolutionleadingtothesameriskreductionispermissibleifanequivalentlevelofsafetyisachieved,evidenceofwhichshouldbegiveninthemanufacturer'sdocumentation.note:1)IUPACnametetrachloroethene,chemicalformulaCI2C=CCI2

【摘要】:Thisfire-test-responsestandardisdesignedtoprovideabasisforestimatingoneaspectofthefireexposurebehaviortoexposedinsulationinstalledonthefloorsofbuildingattics.Thetestenvironmentisintendedtosimulateconditionsthathavebeenobservedanddefinedinfull-scaleatticexperiments.Thetestisintendedtobesuitableforregulatorystatutes,specificationacceptance,designpurposes,ordevelopmentandresearch.Thefundamentalassumptioninherentinthetestisthatcriticalradiantfluxisonemeasureofthesurfaceburningcharacteristicsofexposedinsulationonfloorsorbetweenjoistsofattics.Thetestisapplicabletoatticfloorinsulationspecimensthatfolloworsimulateacceptedinstallationpractice.Inthisprocedure,thespecimensaresubjectedtooneormorespecificsetsoflaboratoryfiretestexposureconditions.Ifdifferenttestconditionsaresubstitutedortheanticipatedend-useconditionsarechanged,cautionshouldbeusedtopredictchangesintheperformancecharacteristicsmeasuredbyorfromthistest.Therefore,theresultsarestrictlyvalidonlyforthefiretestexposureconditionsdescribedinthisprocedure.Ifthetestresultsobtainedbythistestmethodaretobeconsideredinthetotalassessmentoffirehazardinabuildingstructure,thenallpertinentestablishedcriteriaforfirehazardassessmentdevelopedbyCommitteeE-5mustbeincludedintheconsideration.1.1Thisfire-test-responsestandarddescribesaprocedureformeasuringthecriticalradiantfluxofexposedatticfloorinsulationsubjectedtoaflamingignitionsourceinagradedradiantheatenergyenvironmentinatestchamber.Thespecimenisanyatticfloorinsulation.Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletothoseinsulationsthatmeltorshrinkawaywhenexposedtotheradiantheatenergyenvironmentorthepilotburner.1.2Thisfire-test-responsestandardmeasuresthecriticalradiantfluxatthepointatwhichtheflameadvancesthefarthest.Itprovidesabasisforestimatingoneaspectoffireexposurebehaviorforexposedatticfloorinsulation.Theimposedradiantfluxsimulatesthethermalradiationlevelslikelytoimpingeonthefloorsofatticswhoseuppersurfacesareheatedbythesunthroughtherooforbyflamesfromanincidentalfireintheattic.Thisfire-test-responsestandardwasdevelopedtosimulateanimportantfireexposurecomponentoffiresthatdevelopinattics,butisnotintendedforuseinestimatingflamespreadbehaviorofinsulationinstalledotherthanontheatticfloor.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatoryinformation.Thesenotesandfootnotes,excludingthoseintablesandfigures,shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisstandard.1.5Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.7Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequir......
