【摘要】:ISO22489:2006specifiesrequirementsforthequantificationofelementsinamicrometre-sizedvolumeofaspecimenidentifiedthroughanalysisoftheX-raysgeneratedbyanelectronbeamusingwavelength-dispersivespectrometersfittedeithertoanelectronprobemicroanalyserortoascanningelectronmicroscope.Itdescribestheprincipleofthequantitativeanalysis,thegeneralcoverageofthistechniqueintermsofelements,massfractionsandreferencespecimens,thegeneralrequirementsfortheinstrument,andthefundamentalproceduresinvolved,suchasspecimenpreparation,selectionofexperimentalconditions,themeasurements,theanalysisoftheseandthereport.Itisintendedforthequantitativeanalysisofaflatandhomogeneousbulkspecimenusinganormalincidencebeam.Itdoesnotspecifydetailedrequirementsforeithertheinstrumentsorthedatareductionsoftware.Operatorsshouldobtaininformationsuchasinstallationconditions,detailedproceduresforoperationandspecificationoftheinstrumentfromthemakersofanyproductsused.
