【摘要】:Personnelthatareresponsibleforthecreation,transfer,andstorageofX-raytomographicNDEdatawillusethisstandard.ThispracticedefinesasetofinformationmodulesthatalongwithPracticeE2339andtheDICOMstandardprovideastandardmeanstoorganizeX-raytomographytestparametersandresults.TheX-rayCTtestresultsmaybedisplayedandanalyzedonanydevicethatconformstothisstandard.PersonnelwishingtoviewanytomographicinspectiondatastoredaccordingtoPracticeE2339mayusethisdocumenttohelpthemdecodeanddisplaythedatacontainedintheDICONDE-compliantinspectionrecord.1.1ThispracticefacilitatestheinteroperabilityofX-raycomputedtomography(CT)imagingequipmentbyspecifyingimagedatatransferandarchivalstoragemethodsincommonlyacceptedterms.ThisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeE2339onDigitalImagingandCommunicationinNondestructiveEvaluation(DICONDE).PracticeE2339definesanindustrialadaptationoftheNEMAStandardsPublicationtitledDigitalImagingandCommunicationsinMedicine(DICOM,seehttp://medical.nema.org),aninternationalstandardforimagedataacquisition,review,storageandarchivalstorage.ThegoalofPracticeE2339,commonlyreferredtoasDICONDE,istoprovideastandardthatfacilitatesthedisplayandanalysisofNDEtestresultsonanysystemconformingtotheDICONDEstandard.Towardthatend,PracticeE2339providesadatadictionaryandasetofinformationmodulesthatareapplicabletoallNDEmodalities.ThispracticesupplementsPracticeE2339byprovidinginformationobjectdefinitions,informationmodulesandadatadictionarythatarespecifictoX-rayCTtestmethods.1.2Thispracticehasbeendevelopedtoovercometheissuesthatarisewhenanalyzingorarchivingdatafromtomographictestequipmentusingproprietarydatatransferandstoragemethods.Asdigitaltechnologiesevolve,datamustremaindecipherablethroughtheuseofopen,industry-widemethodsfordatatransferandarchivalstorage.ThispracticedefinesamethodwherealltheX-rayCTtechniqueparametersandtestresultsarecommunicatedandstoredinastandardmannerregardlessofchangesindigitaltechnology.1.3Thispracticedoesnotspecify:1.3.1Atestingorvalidationproceduretoassessanimplementation''sconformancetothestandard.1.3.2Theimplementationdetailsofanyfeaturesofthestandardonadeviceclaimingconformance.1.3.3TheoverallsetoffeaturesandfunctionstobeexpectedfromasystemimplementedbyintegratingagroupofdeviceseachclaimingDICONDEconformance.1.4Althoughthispracticecontainsnovaluesthatrequireunits,itdoesdescribemethodstostoreandcommunicatedatathatdorequireunitstobeproperlyinterpreted.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracti......
